I have the most fun when I'm working with people to build something from 0 to 1.

I think creativity deserves a more expansive definition than it usually gets.

I'm energized by bringing good people together—whether that's through building community, hosting dinner parties, or making introductions between good humans.

I'm drawn to work that reduces cognitive load, provides leverage, and lets people focus on what actually matters.

And I believe in being clear, following through on what you say you're going to do, and always seeing the best in people.

• Dalmatian Ops: Helping pre-seed and seed-stage founders get more bandwidth back to do product and sales via fractional operations support and strategic advisory.
• The Agora Initiative: Nonprofit that is closing the venture funding gender gap by helping female founders in the DC area raise their first round of venture capital.

Starting:

• Levy: Helping institutions (public and private) navigate the space where emerging tech meets the public interest through rapid pilots, and building a community of startup founders trying to do the same.
